Live To 100 By Taking Action.
You can’t be expecting to make it to 100 if you don’t take action and take some action immediately.
When you eat the right sort of food you will give your body a very good chance of remaining healthy avoiding illness and disease.By avoiding serious illness and disease and looking after yourself your life expectancy will be considerably improved.
One of the biggest contributors to early death is cancer which is more commonly found in smokers. By avoiding smoking you significantly reduce this risk of premature death. Another form of cancer more common in the western world is skin cancer which once again with some precautions can also be prevented. Many other illnesses are also lifestyle related
The majority of us have good intentions we do want to modify our lifestyle but all too frequently after the initial drive at the start we stop trying and things just start to slip. We start eating unhealthy foods again, we don’t drink enough water and we resume all those old bad habits of smoking, drinking and in some cases even using drugs. It’s crazy really as we know that these will shorten our lives but we just ignore them
So what can you do about making life changing differences immediatly. The first phase is just to get started. Start making small changes to your life style now and then keep doing more and more and you will notice an overall improvement in your health your attitude to life and long term your life expectancy will improve.
Once that initial step has been taken and you begin on the right path more positive steps will follow.
You situation today is directly related to your belief system and how you reacted to those beliefs in the past. If you modify those beliefs you will experience different results with a better outcome.
The life style changes required are often very small and don’t involve any real discomfort- It might seem a daunting task but you can easily modify your current behaviours and still enjoy a full life. The big plus of course is as you improve your health you will have more energy to do much more.
