what is the best ab exercise you can do with out a machine and what is a good exercise for your biceps?

You can try leg raises. Where you hang from a bar like in the bottom position of a pullup, and lift your legs straight up into the air, until they are parallel with the floor. Keep your knees straight throughout. If you cant do those then just bring your knees to your stomach.
