What ab exercises can I do if I injured my lower back?
JC N asked:
I injured my lower back at work, but I still want to do ab exercises. Anybody know of any that don’t put very much pressure on the lower back? (Basically anything I won’t have to get down on the ground and curve my back to do) Any suggestions welcomed and appreciated.

The swiss ball is inflated fully and your back pretty well enough so that it when you go to do crunches make sure that should support your back good luck with it when you grab swiss ball in gym its not inflated.
